Hey you! Yeah you! Did you know I’m no longer going to be posting anything here since Tumblr decided to do a smexit (smut-exit…. It’s a Brexit joke!). At a guess this more than likely be the last thing I post on here. All new content will be on my Twitter from now on.

twitter sucks, and might ban pornographic content at some point in the future too. Also, twitter downscales anything uploaded to them, so you'll have to upload to a third party site (like for tumblr). The only way to be immune to censorship is to go decentralized and federated. You could set up an account on an instance of Pleroma or GNU Social, which are part of the ActivityPub Fediverse. Or Diaspora, Friendica, etc. You can also export your tumblr content in the blog settings to save the data

1) Twitter could ban porn in the future, but thats a risk I shall take

2) Are you sure Twitter downscale? Because I don’t think it does after looking at the two things I’ve uploaded (bare in mind, i’m a social media/twitter noob)

3) I could set up an account on any website but I feel as if at some point, everyone will move to a main website, then I will jump on board. I really don’t fancy maintaining a butch of different accounts. I could make a discord but that’s not going to happen.

4) I could export everything but I’m not really losing anything, I have copies of everything I’ve ever made.

So, since finding out that Tumblr plans to basically kill itself, I guess its time to move.

As luck would have it, I sent up a twitter account under JacksKindaHere a few years ago however I never used it. Here’s the link: https://twitter.com/jackskindahere

As of right now it’s empty as I never really planned to use it. However, I will begin to upload some of my recent posts on there soon (or at least before tumblr dies). As for all of the older things, I will find a way to back them all up for download and then post a link here and on twitter. I won’t be moving to Patreon as I personally don’t like pay walling my content.

On the off chance that Tumblr decides to put the gun down and not shoot itself, I will be keeping everything here as it is and on twitter too.

Also, for people that have sent me messages over the time of me being dead, sorry for not replying :(

To be honest, I forgot I even had Patreon….

I looked and the one person who pledged to me and they pledged in March but it says they never paid so that’s fine.

I reverted my creator account so my patreon is no more. I wouldn’t want people to give me money for doing nothing.
